A Chicken and Ox Tongue Pie
In the interest of keeping spirits high in the ways we know how, St John continues to provide comforting pies for you to finish at home. And for our next pie, we bring you Chicken and Ox Tongue. For those of you who sometimes feel a little frail, this is a pie that will sort you out for sure!
Once your pie has made it home, brush with a beaten egg to glaze. Cook in a medium oven (180°C/350°F) for 40 minutes, until it is piping hot throughout and the pastry is showing a lovely, golden brown.
