
Habit n.1 : Warm to room temperature drinks only and as often as you can! And Rest + Digest tea nightly, it’s meant to be simple and uncomplicated. I turn on the kettle when I am cleaning up after dinner and pour myself a cup.

Habit n.2 : Three meals a day made from warm, cooked food. Limit raw veggies and salads. (It could help to schedule time in your day to eat lunch so you don’t get too busy.)

Habit n.3 : Never workout fasted & everything is solved by walking.

Habit n.4 : Turn off your phone in the evening to help wind down (don’t turn it on in the morning until you’re ready to receive messages) and be asleep by 10.

Habit n.5 : Always keep your feet warm with socks.
