• One-day Templestay: A two to three hour introduction with a temple tour, meditation and tea ceremony. It suits travelers with limited time.
• Experience-oriented Templestay: A weekend overnight stay that follows monastic life. It includes morning chanting, 108 prostrations, a traditional bowl meal and meditation. You can also make a lotus lantern or prayer beads.
• Rest-oriented Templestay: A slow break in nature with no schedule pressure. You can meditate, recover and recharge.
