A firm, supportive brick for morning meditation, daily practice and gentle stretching. It can also serve as a support to set things on, for example on a bedside table.
It is sewn by hand in Brittany from antique métis fabric and filled with Breton buckwheat hulls from a partner farm. The hulls are sifted by hand in the workshop, then used to fill each brick.
