The Mediterranean blue mussels in this tin are carefully grown in Galicia, where the clean waters of the Atlantic enhance their flavor. Larger than before, with 12–16 mussels per tin, they are paired with olive oil, garlic, guindilla chili, and a pinch of salt, and now come in a rectangular tin.
Each mussel is hand-shucked and packed with care to ensure only the best, undamaged mussels make it into every tin, meeting the highest standards of quality.
