“If you get this not only can you start grinding your own spices fresh (which means the dishes you use them in will have more  flavour) but you can also use it to blend up little quantities of anything. making pesto or grated parm for one or two? – this tool can do both (I haven’t touched my cheese grater in years). It’s also great for emulsifying sauces (vinaigrettes and mayo). the motor is super high power so it works really quick, it is definitely in my top five most used kitchen appliances list.”
