The high-necked, super-thick Svalbard sweater is made to look authentically ‘hand-made’ and has a full two-coloured pattern, so that the small pieces of leftover threads remain on the inside of the sweater, providing extra insulation. The Italian designer Olmes Caretti was inspired by traditional Norwegian knitwear but reveals a secret behind the bright red colour: “I grew up right next to the Ferrari factory.”
