The creative world has long defaulted to labels and categories, sorting everything neatly into fashion, art, design, or music. Silas Adler has never quite seen it that way. Rooted in a lifetime of absorbing Copenhagen's creative culture and two decades of building one of Denmark's most influential fashion labels, Soulland, he has always believed that the most interesting things happen when disciplines stop talking to themselves and start talking to each other.
That belief is what led him to co-found Other Circle, a post-disciplinary cultural platform that brings together designers, artists, chefs, and musicians under one roof during Copenhagen Design Week. Less an exhibition, more a living argument that culture works best when no one can label it. For Silas, a great meal, a great record, and a great piece of design trigger the same feeling — and Other Circle is the space he built to prove it.
